There are conditions that need to be satisfied in order for bringing the family.
Bringing Your Spouse And Children
First, if the family is consisted by children and wife who are outside of the UAE, the person who wants to bring them in Dubai must fill an application form in order to get visa. The visa is a kind of residence visa. Later, when the wife and the children arrive, the person who applies ( husband, father) must apply for a residence stamp in the next 30 days. The main criteria that is required relates to the salary of the person who wants to bring the family in Dubai. It means the monthly income must be at least AED 4000. Another document that is needed is the bank statement back in three months, which confirms the credits history of the person. Of course, a Dubai ID is needed, and also a marriage certificate for married people, which must be attested by Dubai’s authorities or attested in the home country, which proves that the one is going to sponsor the other spouse. The passports too are needed, and copies of them. Medical report of the health situation of the person who will come in Dubai, and photos of him. What about the fees? The fees for applying are: AED 310 for Application and fees for each family member, and AED 15 for Empost label.
Bringing Your Parents
When it comes to bringing the parents in Dubai, there is a difference there. Because of regulative reasons, the person who wants to bring his/her parents in Dubai, must sponsor the both of them, as you prove that you are the only one person who will take care of them in Dubai, because they do not have anyone other there, showing that you provide shelter to them at the same time. But, anyway, if the parents of the person are divorced, or if the one of the parents is deceased, then the person must documentary proof for the stated situation. The fees are higher, it means the person must have at least AED 19,000 monthly income. But in case if the monthly income is lower, then the person should approach the Humanitarian Desk in Dubai, who can deal the case and solve the problem by basing it on humanitarian character.
