The warm climate conditions and the hot weather are two things that we sure thing when mentioning Dubai. But, not just a warm climate or a hot weather during the quarterly summers as it is in the most European countries, but a great summer that begins in May and ends in September with temperatures above the 40° to even 50°, which is not a comfortable warm climate, buy temperatures that require people to adjust on that hot weather and those high temperatures. So, people in Dubai can not just sit and wait the weather to become cool, but they must do something to become able to bear the hot weather. In Dubai, all the public objects are air-conditioned which is a real relief for people who are walking on the hot weather, for example to enter in a Mall and cover themselves for some time from the hot Sun. Also, the schools, the public transport, the Institutions are air-conditioned too, so people can be protected while they work, or the clients that went to finish something on the counter, can find a temporary shelter there. Here are a few tips that show how to handle the high temperatures easily:
Choose lighter clothes
Human skin is the first organ exposed to the Sun influence. It regulates the heat of the body. The covered parts of the body have to be covered with the appropriate clothes, the lighter colors are, the better for you is. Before going out, it is a must to put a cream with SPF ( Sun Protecting Factor) on, to protect the skin from burning on the uncovered parts. But pay attention of your look anyway, because wearing a tiny, skimpy can cause troubles in public.
Drink enough water to provide the necessary hydration for the organism, and shower often
Some people don’t want to drink water in large quantities. Also it may seem as an obligation, everyone should take it seriously. The water is a source of the hydration for the whole organism and each cell in the organism. Even if the soft drinks look fresher and make you feel fresher too, their effect is only temporary- for half hour that effect won’t be the same, and you will want for more and more of that drink, and in the end when you feel weak, you realize you were wrong, and realize that that magic drink that keeps you fresh is the water. The recommended quantity of water is at least 2l per day, even more. Also, you can use water in other form- shower in your bathroom, or go to some of the Dubai’s water parks that are made specially for people to refresh and cool off in those hot days.
Make healthy habits
Yes, make healthy habits that won’t last only in the hot days, but will become a part of you life, or better said- a way of life. For example, eat light food. Eat a little meal for five to six times a day. Wake up early to feel the fresh air, let it inspire you to take exercises, and establish a workout program for yourself. Or, use the hot weather to go swimming. No matter the type of sport activity, the strength will and the sport spirit is what keeps you going on. Be sure that you get a double benefit- healthy body, and a good looking.
